Terms of Service & Membership Agreement

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OIT Coin website and the OIT Coin private membership platform (together, the “Service”). By submitting a membership application or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the platform

OIT Coin is a private, application-only membership community. It is not a public exchange, a regulated securities offering, a bank, or a deposit-taking institution. OIT Coin is an internal unit of account used to track each member’s participation in the OIT Coin community fund. OIT Coin is not a cryptocurrency, is not listed on any public exchange, and is not transferable outside the platform except as expressly permitted by OIT Coin.

2. Eligibility

Membership is granted at the sole discretion of OIT Coin. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and capable of forming a binding contract. OIT Coin may decline any application without giving reasons.

3. Membership lifecycle

• Application: You submit a membership application via the public form.
• Review: An administrator reviews your application and either approves it (creating a member account and an initial OIT Coin allocation) or rejects it.
• Active membership: Once approved, you receive login credentials for the secure member portal.
• Suspension or termination: OIT Coin may suspend or terminate any membership for breach of these Terms, non-cooperation with verification, or any conduct that harms the community or platform.

4. Capital at risk & no guarantee

All participation in OIT Coin involves financial risk. OIT Coin does not guarantee any specific return, capital preservation, principal protection, or liquidity. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that:

• the value of OIT Coin may go up or down;
• you may receive back less than you contributed, including the loss of your entire participation;
• redemption timelines and procedures are at the discretion of OIT Share, subject to community-fund liquidity.

5. Member responsibilities

• Provide accurate, truthful information during application and keep your contact details up to date.
• Keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Do not impersonate another person, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, or use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Treat other members and OIT Coin staff with respect.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website (including the OIT Coin name, OIT Coin mark, logo, design, copy, and any documentation provided to members) belongs to OIT Coin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Confidentiality

Information made available to you through the member portal (including coin values, member counts, fund composition, and community communications) is confidential and may not be shared outside the membership without explicit consent from OIT Coin.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OIT Coin, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the value of your then-current OIT Coin allocation.

9. Termination

You may terminate your membership at any time by written notice to OIT Coin. OIT Coin may terminate your access immediately for breach of these Terms or for legal or operational reasons. Upon termination, OIT Coin will work with you in good faith to resolve any outstanding OIT Coin balance subject to community-fund liquidity.

10. Changes to these Terms

OIT Coin may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to members through the portal or via email where available. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion; failing resolution, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Myanmar.
